Floor Buffing
Buffering, also known as polishing, gives floors a glossy, smooth appearance by removing dirt and moisture. It’s often combined with floor burnishing to maintain a long-lasting professional look.
Floor Burnishing
Similar to buffing, burnishing produces a glossy shine. But unlike the 175 revolutions per minute used in buffing, burnishing runs 1,500 to 2,500 revolutions per minute for a more powerful clean. To resist wear and tear, several coats are usually applied.
Grout Cleaning and Sealing
Periodic gentle scrubbing and steam cleaning help extract dirt from tile and grout. A protector is applied afterward to maintain a clean, shiny surface.
